Responsibilities

Manage the sprint backlog** for onboarding features, translating customer feedback into clear, buildable tickets

Track the onboarding funnel** and flag where new customers get stuck

Run onboarding calls** with a handful of customers each month to stay close to the real experience

Requirements

1–3 years in a product owner, product analyst or similar role

comfortable in spreadsheets and a product analytics tool (we use Amplitude)

English B2
